Was told to create a post here for resolution, I earned my bonus rolls, and went into Voidspire to Roll on Vaelgor’s Final Stare, the Loot Pool for my class and spec contains four items, Voidwoven Corrupted Nullcore, Draconic Nullcape, Slippers of the Midnight Flame and lastly the trinket Vaelgor’s Final Stare.
Knowing that I’ve received that Tier Token and the Boots previously, I figured I had a 50/50 chance for the trinket. Yet to my surprise I received another Voidwoven Corrupted Nullcore. I haven’t opened up the tier token in hopes of having some sort of corrective action taken.
Yeah I experienced the same for Dream Rift. I have a mythic chest and used my bonus roll at a 50-50 shot at Gaze (rolling as resto so only Gaze - Mail Belt would be left in loot pool) and received a mythic chest piece….
Only the items you recieve from the bonus rolls will be removed from the loot pool. Others are getting duplicate items in m+ though using 2x bonus rolls.
If you had the item prior it doesn’t take it off the loot table. Its only items won via the bonus roll. Kinda messed up system but thats blizzard for you.
the bonus rolls remove items after you bonus roll them, it does not count items you recieve normally, nor does it care if you have something better in the slot. You bonus roll you get in your case one of the 4 items out of the loot pool, then next week you get one of the 3 etc, etc.
Fair enough, I filed a ticket and was instructed to post the same information here and so I did. I wrote a follow up in the ticket system and still awaiting a reply. Thank you all for the information!
