Ran Skyreach +10 twice and used a voidcore in each run. The first run I received the Rigid Scale Greatcloak Myth 1/6. The second run I received the exact same item Rigid Scale Greatcloak Myth 1/6. I even went back and double checked I didnt read the patch notes wrong. Please swap out this second cloak for a different item from that loot pool as intended or refund me the core please. Ty Ty

Happened to me, I used my third void core from the vault on POS and got the same damn shoulder twice

Happened to me as well from Nexus-Point. Received 2 Omission of Light rings.
its not excluding loot already rolled for and acquired. I hope bliz fixes this and refunds our wasted void cores. If they cant release quality content in their given timeframes then they shouldnt be releasing it… or stop creating dumb hide and seak mini games while their bread and butter game suffers massive bugs like this. How will we be compensated for this terrible quality that we pay monthly for?
