All races should get sliders for adjusting how skinny or fat they want to appear. Other games have had those options for decades. It’s long overdue for WoW.

I like that there are more body size options, I’d play Kultiran if they could be Paladin. I think a part of their unpopularity is contributed to their lack of customization options. You’re basically choosing from one face of different ages or scars. So like for the female Kultiran if you don’t like the one face… well you won’t like any of them.
I hope that the next race they choose to add is an aesthetically pleasing one though. And not copy paste of other races.

They are canonical, but I see it as more body types for the human race in wow lol just because their base is… the human body type we have already.
Is it so wrong for Kul Tiran to want to look like their heroes?
I would be Kul Tiran if I could be base and look like the Admirals and Captains they have. Would be baller to look like that.
It also says a lot that only like 2 important Kul Tiran use the big model.

That was a bad decision imo. To make the bad guy a fat woman and the good ones cute was so Disney of them. Lol
I actually am going to attribute that to their one face issue too. It’s like they couldn’t make more pretty faces or ideas so they made one ugly bad one.

It is odd indeed that they did it that way but then tell players “no”.
I feel for Kul Tiran fans.
They cannot look like their heroes and the body type they are forced into is used by that old dude at the start and the evil lady.
Think if Jaina looked like the Kul Tiran player body type. People would riot.

But to be fair, that would likely be because Jaina is an already established person in WoW lore.
But it’s a fact that the vast majority of people don’t want a hero that looks like they spend most of their free time sitting on the couch shoveling chips into their mouths.

They’ve changed models before to be vastly different.
Odd thing is that her entire family are base model too. Not a single one is big. Blizzard could have easily made her brothers chunky too. Or even her mom.
But yeah, most players like being pretty. It’s why Blood and Void Elves are so popular.
I expect Blood Elves to also get a 3rd heritage quest in Midnight.

WoW seems to be the only game that presents customization options as independent races. Everywhere else, such things are simply customization choices or sub-races, but they are directly tied to the main race.
It looks quite cheap and is made even more absurd by Dwarves 3.0. Well, it’s almost 2024, and WoW doesn’t even have body sliders or color palettes. So, yeah, what can one say about that?

Can’t argue with facts lol! But I do like the big models. Just the face looks like a grumpy fish to me maybe one day they will go back and do them some justice.

I think kul tirans look super cool, and i can tolerate them having just the one face.
But what i cant stand is their lack of hair, facial hair, and hair colour choices.
They have like 5 hair styles, 3 moustaches, and cant be ginger.
Its so limited! And im very fussy
