Nazjatar - "Souting the Palace" quest not appearing

Hi,

I can’t see the “Scouting the Palace” quest in Nazjatar with my ‘Dragoln’ character. I might have accepted the quest and abandoned it…

But, I need the quest to progress in the ‘War Campaign’ arc and unlock the Mag’har Orc.
