I logged into my toon and my nazjatar cache was automatically completed without me having done any world quests.
This happened to me as well and afriad to turn it in cuz i dont wanna get got for exploting…
Same, I just asked in my guild discord about it. I haven’t logged in to the game, just mobile app.
There’s nothing that can be done about it. Just turn it in and do some wqs if you feel guilty.

Also had some zandalar emissaries auto complete yesterday
This bug seems to depend on the position of the emissary in the total group of 3 of your map screen
The same happened to my char.
There’s a blue response on a related discussion in Consumer Support.
A later blue response indicates that turning in the completed emissary won’t be considered exploiting.

I was afraid of getting banned because of this.
Every Emissary since saturday (in 5 different toons) are completing itself in my account
