I exhaust all the quests I can in both zones and I’ve been doing it for a week and a half. There’s no way to rush it any faster than the available quests allow. I play a few hours a night after work and it’s enough time to complete both zones.
You gave me a like I obviously didn’t make myself clear. Coming back isn’t what it would encourage necessarily. What it would encourage is people not playing while it took some time to get these.
Yes well you are trying to cram 9 months of content in a few weeks.
Yep, it definitely sucks. I did it with a fulltime job and life, only so much time one can spend grinding the rare spawns or some such.

pathfinder as a whole is a really bad method for getting flying but i think the devs have made it clear they dont care, they’d rather not have flying at all if they can get away with it but the community sharpens the pitchforks and lights the torches each time they try.
Not so fast… people play the game because it’s fun, they’re not going to wait months and months for the “convenient” time to play the game because it’s easier. People want to play for the sake of enjoying the game. I stopped playing because I got tired of this exact sort of thing. I came back to try classic but couldn’t get into the serves and when I did northshire abbey had 2000 people trying to kill the same 5 kobolds. I started questing in retail and enjoyed it. It wasn’t till I got to this “flying” grind that I started experience “WoW” fatigue again. I want goals to be fun to earn, not a job.
Sure they well. The game just isn’t fun for people without flying anyway, why would they play when they could wait 9 months, get the game at discount and catch up in a week as well.
Also this didn’t happen.
maybe day 1 on a streamer server but most times a day most of the classic servers are at medium.

Lying implies intent. I am saying that didn’t happen. You are either mistaken or exaggerating. Or I guess you could be lying but I didn’t automatically jump to that conclusion.
classic has had a huge drop off. stay away from servers like herod and the streamer server and you’ll have no issues. even on the rp server the queues are non existent even though sometimes its listed as high.

But you did. It’s exactly what happened. In either case… I’m not enjoying the game once again due to poor decision making by this development team. I remember coming on here voicing my opinion about CRZ and having people tell me I’m part of the minority. That’s back when sub numbers were over 10 million still. Now it’s several million because people just like me were fed up of not being listened to. Casuals pay the bills and this rep grind BS is anti casual…
i’m as casual as they come and i have pathfinder. i did it only doing things that made this character stronger. once i got to revered i stopped doing it unless i wanted a ring or something on someone. you don’t have to no life it or get it right away. i think it took me a month of doing it when naz emissaries came up and grinding to upgrade my rings on this warlock.
Emissaries would be great if they’d pop up. But it’s always Embers or Proudmoore stuff.
it’s just a hoop you have to jump through. and btw if things like pathfinder make you want to quit the game it’s probably a bad idea to play classic. look into hydraxian waterlords rep if you want just one example.

I just came from a thread where a guy insisted he had to get the uniting the isle achievement on every character. He was wrong. He wasn’t lying though because he really believed what he was saying was the truth. Now if he knew what he was saying was false and made that claim then he would be lying.
There is dynamic respawns in classic plus layering. There is no way 2000 people would be trying to kill the same 5 kobolds. There are plenty of kobolds in that area so for that many people to be trying to kill the same 5 would mean there was 10000 or more people in that area. Sorry just did not happen.
Plus it was your own fault if you selected a server where you had a queue. I played a new server that day and right from release I never had a queue.
did you need some help getting pathfinder? like someone flying you around or something? i have flight and someone helped me get it so i don’t mind paying it forward. i helped someone from the forums get legion flight not too long ago.
