Can someone please explain me how to use this spell? Tried to understand it from the spell description and I just don’t get it.
How do you guys use it? At which moment?

Takes single target healing and converts it to damage (Resto)
And takes all single target damage and converts it into healing
At 20% od corresponding values.
As a Feral/Guardian i like to use it when i know theres going to be AoE damage going out and like to like it up with Berserk for ST
Resto likes to macro it to Flourish and watch big numbers

Pretty much what this dude said.
AoE boss fights or trash pulls as bear with incarn/sleeper rage and help the healer out.
Same goes for feral/boom
Resto uses it as burst DPS with flourish.

On cd or when your healer asks.

If you have to ask, just send it. You can try to line it up with big damaging events on bosses.
