The tadpole murlocs you have to talk to just arent there.
Currently experiencing this as well. Running around, there are no other Murlocs or tadpoles in the area save for the Rare that rides the crab.

I’m pretty sure our issue is there’s a highmountain legion invasion right now on the retail map. We don’t have access to the legion invasions for another month, HOWEVER when there is a legion invasion active, these tadpoles don’t spawn, according to the wowhead article for the quest itself.
Pretty annoying, considering there weren’t phasing issues like this with MoP remix and the BfA Black Empire invasions. But that’s a potential explanation for our plight.

This seems to be the cause, because everything is spawned in now and the quest is doable.
This is happening again at this moment, so gonna give this a wee bump. In case it’s bothering anyone else. Invasion is up, and sure enough this quest is not doable right now.
Looks like it’s the same deal for Wolf Pack Attack. This is tedious.

Yep, broken for me too. If invasions aren’t a thing yet, they need to turn them off.
I finished this as the tadpoles were out in the watery areas near the puffer fish when i tried it a few days ago.
The “Clawdacity” one tho annihilated us in heroic mode. basically oneshot lil murky.
This is pretty annoying since it is a quest you pick up in legion remix. All I can say is GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
