Nature SP not scaling properly with Wrath

So am I the only one seeing this? Example: Wrath calls for 143 to 162 damage, now, with gear I have equipped, which is mostly Nature’s wrath, I have 177 bonus damage, according to basic math, this should see Wrath hitting for around 310 damage, yet it hits for between 240-260. At first I thought it was just a resistance thing for a given enemy, but this is consistent, regardless of target.

Spell power coefficients are generally not 1 to 1.

For gorilla math purposes, most spells are (cast speed / 3.5)%. Base cast speed. Taking the talent that lowers cast time has no effect on spell power coefficient.

Wrath is 2.0 cast speed, divide by 3.5 = ~57% coefficient.

Your damage is (Wrath base damage + (.57*spellpower)).

(([Min Damage + [Max Damage])/2) + ([Spell Power]*([Base Cast Speed]/3.5)) = Damage

((143+162)/2) + (177*(2/3.5)) = 253

and if you find (or if anyone finds) a complete and correct list of all spellpower coefficients for every spell link it here because ive tried to find one to no avail
