I have all 2 Splintered Logs, 6 Encrusted Minerals, and 40 Metallic Fragments. I need 20 Resilient Sinew, and they WILL NOT DROP.
I’ve killed countless (probably over 100 each) of the various Owlbeasts in the Hinterlands and Hippogryphs in Feralas, and NOTHING. Not a single drop of Resilient Sinew. The Owlbeasts and Hippogryphs dropped the metallic fragments, but none dropped the sinew. I’ve tried exiting the game, relogging, reloading my consoleui, etc. Nothing works. Any ideas?
I am having the same issue. Tried both Owlbeast and Hippogryphs, and every form/level of each. I’m a completionist and need to complete this quest! It has to be bugged, I am not sure how many of each i killed but i spent almost 4 hours farming both. Glad to see I’m not the only only one, I am on the server Deviate Delight.
I think I also had this issue as I gave up on this quest and abandoned it. When I was back in Ferelas I tried it again and it worked, so maybe you need to abandon and re-acquire the quest to get it to work?
Did you guys happen to put any sinew into your bank? If you did it may cause it not to drop; happened to me.
I had the same problem - turns out I put 20 in my bank next to thick leather (same icon)…
I am definitely getting sinew drops from hippogryphs and owlbeasts on Deviate Delight.
Having same issue Bear, i have a ticket open on it. Will reply if i get an answer, slow support these days.
