Sylvanas is next
I think this is what I was expecting. His death wasnât nearly as painful as we wanted it. And when he was running his mouth I was expecting her to do something, anything that caused him great pain before death. We might get that later though.
It is. Itâs not the big win we wanted or the power display weâve been craving but itâs a win. Albeit a small one. Itâs what Darkshore should have been. They could have really driven this home by making him suffer. For instance, Tyrande casually and effortlessly summons a pillar of power that sends him screaming into death.
But this is the problem with Nathanos, heâs a writers insert. Heâll never be displayed in any fashion that is embarrassing or lesser than. Itâs he got to go.

Tyrande isnt a sadist and nothing would have been gain by having this be a 10 min torture p for you, This was perfect and I cant wait to see sylvanas die

I actually liked it. He is still dead and most likely being tortured in the Maw right now. Tyrande got her revenge without turning into a pyscho and more important he was silenced during one of his stupid monologues. Sounds like a great way to see him get killed off.

I do like it as it is. Iâm just saying that we were craving a power display from Tyrande and weâve yet to get it. That would have did it. It didnât have to be 10 mins, just something not unlike what Gulâdan did. Also he already had these fighting abilities on her worst day.
But as I said I like it.
Iâll take anything that shuts him up!
Question. Did she cut off his head or slit his throat? I believe it was the latter. I say that because I didnât hear the extra âplopâ that would have find with a head tumbling to the ground.

It was 2 beams and fighting skills she had already. Weâve seen her do both of these. Not to say it wasnât great but weâve still been looking for more. Iâm assuming weâll see more later, itâs just dumb that they held so much back for so long.

The part where an age old fan favorite character had a moment of story growth, got handed a FAMOUS SWORD ONCE HELD BY THE ALLIANCES HIGH KING, then used said sword to land a blow on Sylvanas and actually scar her. Something no other characters really get to do to a writers pet favorite?

True. But this power up, we now know is quite a lot of power. So they are still holding back on showing that. This was good but based on what we know, there is a lot more there. Thatâs all Iâm saying.
Iâm going to be optimistic and say, itâs not over yet. This was a stepping stone, not the destination.

In terms of revenge? Itâs definitely over lol, blizz has once again proven that they are not willing to give the Night Elves a 1 sided victory for once. Nothing has changed.
