No, it’s pretty clear it’s been mutual since they were alive.
They definitely were bumping uglies in life, and those feelings carried over in death. I mean she wouldn’t have gone through all the trouble of finding his nephew and wasting a Val’kyr on him to give Nathanos a new body if she didn’t still care about him somewhat.
However, I think as of Shadows Rising she doesn’t care about him anymore, she seemed pretty indifferent.

I’m Positive she still cares, You don’t stay in a relationship with someone for over 2+ decades happy (as much as undead can be) and then because they mess up majorly once, you suddenly throw them off and say you don’t care anymore.

Bro I don’t have to know her or him to now that if you both were together for at least half a year but broke up due to something, they would still care about your well being on some level, and not actively hope bad things happen to you.
