For the last week, I been trying to obtain the quest, Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme, from Nat Pagle in Theramore. I am a level 51 rogue with 225/225 fishing. Note that the 225/225 fishing is WITHOUT any +fishing enchantments. Nat Pagle does not show any quest when I go to him.

Interesting. I know you shouldn’t have to, but have tried picking up one of the prequests first?
ZI know the fishing trainer in org gives the quest to visit Nat Pagle at 225 and level 40/45.
I assume there’s a corresponding quest available in SW.
The only other thing I can think of might be to learn the next level of fishing so your skill is 225/300.

Did you interact with him or you just don’t see the exclamation mark?
I’m having the same issue, just completed the quest, he said the thing, now its stuck at 225/225
Should be able to just train the next level of fishing at any trainer.
In WotLK Classic, you need to train a new level of fishing at 75, 150, 225, 300, and 375 to increase your skill cap.
The cooking and fishing quests to increase skill cap are gone in wrath, it’s now all learned from trainers. The quests now reward a fishing pole and recipe instead.
