when doing the first part of the quest to find a way to communicate the 2 npc’s will not spawn. I have tried /reload, leaving the area and coming back, logging out, even abandoning quest and retaking it. I even found that you needed to talk to flight path though that is not stated in quest and still no quest progression I’ve seen this issue brought up since the creation of this zone why is it not fixed.
