We embrace competition for all raid spots on our team. Progression spots are given to the top performing raiders on the roster after considering composition. We do not have a large bench, therefore as a trial you should expect to be used in progression.

Many of us have played WoW since release and have hardcore raided at a high level at some point. We know what it takes to succeed, but no longer believe it is necessary to spend large amounts of time to progress.

We don’t run split groups, but do require viable off-spec(s). We run a tight roster and having the ability to swap roles is important for optimizing around a fight. It also shows you know more than just your spec, which makes you a more valuable raider. Showing up prepared and knowing how to optimize around a fight is how we clear content.

We have an open feedback policy so that everything is kept on the table. We have no cliques, no seniority, and therefore no drama. Everyone is both encouraged and expected to provide each other with honest feedback and criticism. It keeps us all on our toes.

I might be interested, I would have to switch over to horde. I am currently in the guild "The Depraved". The guild in itself is very cliquish which in of itself isn't bad but for an outsider looking in it's not a good fit. I'm looking for a guild that is progressive. I play all three specs and i am currently item level 358 in holy spec. That is not quite high enough for Mythic Uldir yet but i figured i would reply to your posting.
