Nanny Tallulah is Spamming Me!

Nanny Tallulah, one of the goblin NPCs in the Undermine is spamming her quest completion dialogue to me every 3 seconds. I’ve tried reloading, resetting, teleporting out and back, everything. As soon as I enter the Undermine, she starts spamming me.

I have no addons enabled.

I’m not sure what started it, I think completing a daily? I have spent time in the Undermine beforehand with no issues.

Having the same thing. I disabled my add-ons too, but still getting spammed completion dialogue from Mis Nanny Tallulah.
