Hey my non-English speaking friend is having an issue where his nameplates are showing under his enemies. we have tried everything trying to fix it including deleting WTF, Cache and Interface folders, re-installing the game, all in game interface-name options and have an open ticket waiting for a GM to respond, does anyone know of a fix for this situation he finds himself in?

Have your friend try running this command while logged in:
/console cvar_default
That will reset all graphics, sounds, and interface settings to their default values, even ones that can’t be adjusted with the in-game menus.
