Nameplate Spreading and Top of Screen Spreading [HELP]

Hey, I’d like my nameplates lowered, further down the screen, does anyone know which CVAR this would be?
I’m also spreading my nameplates using Nameplate Overlap CVAR to help see nameplates better. However, when they hit the top of the screen, they overlap. Does anyone know a CVAR setting so that nameplates spread at the top of the screen also? I have 2 screenshots to help explain what I mean.

Can I get the nameplates to spread left to right at the top of the screen with a CVAR?
I am using the addon called Neat Plates.

Something with top inset in it. Can find it via AdvancedInterfaceOptions CVar browser.

Can I get the nameplates to spread left to right at the top of the screen with a CVAR?

Unfortunately they got rid of that CVar setting a couple expacs ago.
