Any suggestions?
I’d like it to show class colors, prevent overlapping, maybe track important CDs and possibly interrupts if that’s possible.
No one add on will do all those things. I use Kui for plates, Big Debuffs and OmniBar to do all the things you’re looking for.
Threat Plates with Big Debuffs and Omni bar. I don’t like KUI. Threat Plates also allows you to use class icons. Tons of customization options.

Big debuffs, omnibar, kui, gladius. Get a DR tracker too.
Gladius comes with DR tracker. You may have to update it manually and add some missing spells like Howl of Terror to the list, but works…
