I was in but couldnt pick a ruleset, waited till 4:02 still couldnt so I tried to reconnect, and now I’m experiencing what you’re describing.

I’m really not sure why Blizzard ever even tries to release at a designated time. We all know that it will be super broken at that time.
Why don’t they choose a time, then add subtract three hours minimum from it that they know they will need to fix all the broken stuff. Because we all know it is guaranteed that it will NOT work at the actual scheduled time.

I’m running into the same issue, waiting in queue, then getting disconnected. I was able to see the realm selection, but none of the options were available…rough start.
