I guess you can only reply 3times on the same topic so had make other one to asked my point so after 72hour cooldown and my name doesn’t change the now what who do I contact or how to contact to get fix
There should be a cute little link at the very bottom of the page. If you’re on a computer that says contact support or you can hit the red ? while you’re inside the game and contact support there and open a trouble ticket. Hopefully they will be helpful because the last two times I’ve opened a ticket. I’ve had to use Google and solve the problem myself. 
the canned responses they like to send, aren’t always useful.
Then why say they have a 24/7 contract/support if they don’t help gamers there system is a joke
