I actually agree. Beatles were overhyped. And only lasted as long as they did cause they got on drugs and wrote weird s*** like walruses and yellow submarines.

I never liked The Beatles. I remember the first time I heard that song Jude or whatever. It drove me batty because the entire song is just “hey Jude” over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over …

i’m a baritone, which probably puts an upper limit on the notes i’m able to hit. either way, i don’t stress about it too much. the only people who hear me sing are the ones who go with me to karaoke night at the bar
Really they are probably one of the most influential rock bands of all time . Probably in the top 10 for influencing other artist.
I’d listen to Elvis. He’s got good stuff.
