USOPP… noise!
Yes, KSM is quite obtainable. KSH requires quite a bit more effort.
It is though.
It may be easy for you and that’s OK.
Do you remember when you were a kid and couldn’t tie your shoelaces? I bet it was an achievement when you could.
It doesn’t mean you go up to young kids and say “wow, tying your shoe laces is pretty damn casual”
Maybe you want to learn a language as an adult. Should a native Japanese person say “wow noob I mastered this when I was 8 get on my level rofl”
Everyone is at different stages of learning/achieving something and we don’t all follow the exact same path
And yet, I’ve never been able to get this non-achievement in any of the past seasons. In fact, I struggled to get past a 11 or 12 just in M+.
Now, maybe it was easier this season. Ok, sure. But I was pretty giddy when I got it, for the first time. Especially when it took me FOUR RUNS to get from 1999 to 2000. Boy, that was a crummy week.
Sheesh. I was pretty proud to get it.
Then what’s the point of getting it?
People in guildchat better start giving a lot better grats then, I expect to see:
G R A T S
GREAT JOB!!! YOU ROCK!
LOL why is there a toilet paper emote, anyhow… ya if you cant brag then make grats more satisfying.
OP just wants to bring people down. Good job on getting ksm! <3
Silverware on a plate is a winner. If you do it right you can hurt someone’s ear drums with the screeching noise. And inflict great ear pain.
or buy some gold and get it
I have seen 3k io and “9/9M” players who had no idea what they were doing.
An achievement is an achievement, by game standards. Moving a goal post to what is impressive gets nowhere, people can be proud of what they do.
People that use achievements to demand invites/respect/etc or use achievements to insult or try and put themselves on a higher station are only worth laughing at, however.
That’s awesome. Personal gains are important and relativistic improvement is probably some of the most meaningful.
It’s a rubber stamp reward for playing the worthless timegated gearing systems and not fear of missing out on enough weeks of timed vault rewards!
Imagine if this game actually let you grind meaningfully rather than abusing timegate as progress like a freemium mobile game.
The game is hand-me’s for checkboxing weekly chores, not actually playing how you want at your own pace.
The gearing system in WoW end game is dead on arrival. Lockout this, weekly vault that, wait for catalyst drip feed this, etc.
Graduating high school may not seem like an achievement to someone raised by a family of doctors, for example. But that doesn’t mean it’s not an achievement. The student groomed to be a doctor will probably feel that high school academics are far from rigorous and wonder how anybody could struggle to understand the concepts. However, they’re probably not considering the large desk and quiet room, bounty of food, great technology, and multitude of educational resources they have been generously given by their guardians.
Similarly, people who effortlessly time 20s probably forget about the nice gaming space they have, the 12-button mouse, the smooth keybindings, the awesome computer with a great graphics card, the addons and weak auras, and guides they once read teaching them the dungeons and their class.
When looking up the definition of elitist, this post is shown as an example.
While I admit KSM has been really easy for me to get even pugging on many toons this expansion. I also understand that not everyone is able to play at that level. Not saying its neither hard or easy, but some players do find it hard.
So while you (the OP) may not be impressed. Its pretty cringe and childish to look down upon those who may be excited to get KSM.
I do this and pass everyone by as I PvE and Solo the game. Get on my level rofl.
…Okay, what does Nails on a Chalkboard has to do with anything?..
I thought you mean talking about the audio…
Used to be, and when you get it says more than KSM itself. Week one you can brag, maybe week 2. Beyond that you are average.
