I’ve tried a few times and even backtracked but I cannot seem to get any of the quests tp pop up. I’m really trying to complete the Draenor Pathfinder to get Soaring Skyterror before Shadowlands ( as I know we are getting the flying ) and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve confirmed that I’m on the A Choice To Make quest but Thazz’rill won’t share quests and even the workers appear to be gone. I went to the Ring of Trials to try that storyline but Dexyl won’t give quests either. Am I missing something or has this been removed?

being “on the quest”, usually means the quest is in your log.
…but the rest of your post makes it sound like you don’t have the quest.
is the quest in your log?
