Naglering - does it exist

Does anyone have any confirmed drops of Naglering in BRD? Done quite a few kills of Golem Lord, and have yet to see it drop, seen 1 Second Wind, 0 Omnicast boots (any confirmed drops of this?) and about 100000 Luminary Kilts.

Just wondering if it DOES indeed drop from him, or another boss, or if it is in the game at all.

It does, but it’s rare-ish on the loot table compared to other stuff.

That’s some super bad luck. Isn’t the drop rate supposed to be quite high?
