After picking up the rapier to duel Nadjia, no icons appear on the action bar to “defeat her in a duel” with. Other quests that have you repeat actions work fine, just this one is broken. I’ve abandoned and re-accepted, disabled addons, logged out and back in, etc. Still doesn’t ever show the new action buttons to duel her with.

Had the same problem today. And it was the only Korthia daily today that had a research knowledge award. /sigh

You have to stand in the red circle on the ground to get the action bar to fight her. The progress is tracked in % under the quest name. It works, just not very intuitive.

I abandoned and re-accepted the quest, and then found that the rapier was still showing on my character, and I could no longer pick it up from the stand. Abandoned again, rapier was still on my character. Shifted forms a few times, no change, reloaded ui, no change. Might be a druid-specific bug? I dunno.
EDIT: Restarting the game removed the rapier from my character model, I could then redo and complete the quest.
If you are unable to click the rapier again, check and see if you have a buff called “Training Rapier”. Click it off and then click on the item on the rack again and you should be good.
