Mind Goblins - Tichondrius was formed towards the latter end of Dragonflight as a small group of friends that wanted to kill some bosses with the boys. Throughout the tiers, we’ve been able to add talented like-minded players that have stuck with us. Our guild has proven success being a 6hr/week 2day/week raid team. We expect players to come prepared to raid and be on time. We’ve made huge progress quickly with us being new as a guild and only continue to grow our ranks season to season, tier to tier. Initially our goal was to attain CE, and with that title being maintained, we are going to push to climb in CE ranks, while maintaining a super chill environment where everyone can roast our token Ret Paladin or raid leader.

Loot will be decided amongst the officers to maximize the groups effectiveness. We will be using RC Loot council for all loot decisions.
Raider Expectations:
Maintaining, and keeping up to date with your main toon as well as your alt (alts predetermined with discussion of officers) Attendance - 90%, and on time. We understand things happen and life comes up. Inconsistencies will be addressed. Be open to continuous feedback inside and outside of raid. We love looking at logs and if we find something, we want to work with you and address it. Positive attitudes. No toxicity. We have zero tolerance for toxic attitudes. Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, Transphobia is hard-banned. Be a decent person. If this bothers you, don’t bother applying. Bad nights/Raid weeks happen. Do not let it discourage you. Any and all necessary add-ons/Weak auras downloaded and installed as needed for the raid. No putting on a shield in prog as a Ret Paladin (this is hard enforced.)
