Explosively Average is a brand new, midcore guild looking to recruit previous AotC/Mythic/CE raiders who no longer care about pushing mythic and just want to vibe and clear AotC, get Glory and call it a week every tier. We will be aiming to get KSH every tier as well, but this is only for those interested in getting those with a group on the side.
About Us
Our leadership are talented mythic raiders who no longer have the desire to spend months pushing mythic progress for minimal rewards, who have been raiding since TBC and have raided at a mid-high level nearly every tier since then.
Expectations
We expect everyone to act like adults in our guild; take responsibility for errors or mistakes you make and be open to constructive criticism - we’re happy to coach, but you’ve got to put in the effort. Raid spots are earned, and you may be asked to sit during early progress if you are not performing well. We operate as a team, not as individuals.

Raid Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday raid nights. 9-12pm EST.
Once heroic is down to a 1-night clear, then Thursday will be used for Glory clears for a few weeks before being removed from mandatory raid nights entirely. Eventually once we’re happy with our current gear, we will make raiding entirely optional until the start of the next tier.
Note: We aren’t currently planning to do anything more in Nerub’ar Palace but we may run a few raids just as trials before next tier.
Attendance is expected to be met at or above 90%. Bear in mind as stated above that we are a 2 night per week raid guild that becomes a 1 night per week raid guild hopefully within the first month of each tier. Push hard early so we can chill later.

Previous experience is not a hard requirement. Everyone will be trialed equally.
