The RP guild Canopy of Stars is not your typical neutral good enterprise that specializes in treasure hunting and crafting for simple profit. No, we are a group that goes on treks, taking on huge mission statements that needs specialist and workers in multiple fields to meet the demands of its first overwhelming project… Creating a Dimensional ship that host a group of every possible humanoid species and works together to live in harmony, easy, right? CoS plans to be a CoSmic (or huge) neutral good organization, willing to invite and work with members of both factions to not just consist of Azeroth’s finest but create Azeroth’s finest in Treasure Hunting and selling. The only catch is that we need you to join and be apart of the team to make it happen! Reliquaries, Relics, and Trinkets of variable power levels are in abundance around Azeroth and they don’t deserve to be only used by these larger interest groups or factions… After all, it is finders keepers right?
ICly there are fliers for the enterprise looking for people willing to work under the Canopy as a unified group of scholars, mercenaries, craftsmen, businessmen, and socialites who’s separate skill sets will be tested and come to depend on one another to solve task as they come along to ultimately be paid a fair share of gold in weight of how they participated; we can use that or another hook as a start for the IC Interview as one integrates into the guild… Resistance is Futile.
As a guild, Discord is mandatory for information and communication. We also highly suggest using the addon TRP3 Extended as we use it for projects, but that isn’t mandatory.
CoS holds multiple events per week covering:
- D20 events that priorities creative and descriptive writing over -most- of the rolls ( You can never beat the evil of a 1!)
- Social gatherings that have interactive games or in-depth topic discussion
- Business Ventures with Allied guilds
- Crafting endeavors
- Adventuring: doing Mythic Dungeons and working up to performing in the M+ system with IC training to enhance your OOC performance!
Every player within the Canopy of Stars -is- a Star (or a Q…) and deserves time to shine! With the Astronomer’s Program we let guildies take the reigns on guiding the stars by tying in their characters personal narrative into guild story to give people the chance of creating their own events for a week or two that lead up to a conclusion or new venture.
