Have the flight points outside of Zaralek Cavern all disappeared? I.e. I click on the flight master and go to the main map and nothing is there. I’m a mage, so it’s not too big an incovenience to port back to Valdrakken, but it could be annoying if other classes are experiencing it.

I have flown into the caverns but I don’t think I’ve ever flown out and would never have known this was a thing if I didn’t see people talking about it

Okay I think maybe there are no flight points out of Zaralek Cavern because there are none there today. Is this an example of false memory or could you take taxis out in the past?
It’s a bug that Blizzard’s let fester for two months thus far.

It’s 100 percent a bug. The flight paths are meant to be both ways not just going in.

They seem to just really want to drive a huge wooden stake into the heart of this zone.
If all the experiences of going to the zone are negative, you’ll never want to go back. Much like what they inadvertently did with The Maw and Shadowlands.
Heck, they didn’t even give Shadowlands the new player experience… It’s been BfA for years now. That tells you something about how they feel about Shadowlands. Especially given that Dragonflight is going to be the next “New player Experience.” Just completely overlooking and trying to sweep under the rug Shadowlands.

I actually reallly like the zone on a certain level. But I think the Loamm rep grind was waaaaay too slow. I also think the elite-kiling dailies were far to difficult for levelers after the first month when it was empty there (at least on my realm). LFG did not help with those quests.
Easy fixes:
- Nerf the elites by 33% (or give people a body guard from Loamm to help or something, like in Legion.)
- Add 500 rep with Loamm tokens to the weekly rep quests in Valdrakken.

I’ve also had this kind of visual on other locations maps that take me having to go exit the flight master, and reattempt just to get FPs to other places not in Dragonflight.
Sadly, this exiting and reattempting does not work in the Caverns.
Could it be a map addon? I have two map addons. I will disable them and try and report back.

Good thinking; I’ll test while I’m here. And I’ll test it in WM. And running scan/repair just for giggles
I disabled the following map add-ons one by one. The Flight points are still not showing:
- Candy Buckets
- Rare Scanner
- Gather mate 2
- Handy Notes
Apparently I had 4 map addons active.

No luck. Addons off. Repaired. WM the same. Changed interface. Flown to Loamm by FP and by dragon.
A while back, the wall to the cavern didn’t disappear and I was stuck in a weird no mans land. I had to log out as I couldn’t leave. Thought maybe that’s it, but the wall isn’t there and I’m entering/exiting without issue.
I noticed that clicking on the FP map rapidly sends me to the top left - only for ZC.
Also, I’ve lost Fearless Spectator title like a dozen times now lol.
I just noticed the flight paths are back! Thank you. THey must have returned in the last week or so.

They were fixed in the patch once the maps were synced.
