Myzrael Realm pop

Alliance lost 50% of players over the last two weeks. Blizz needs to help us join other realms. Whole guilds left and more are going.

The second they opened realm xfers from PvE to pvp all the small PvE servers were doomed.

Shoot even pagle and mankrik will likely die too.

Why play with 1k-10k people when you can xfer and play with 40k.

They aren’t putting in rdf for a reason, way too much xfer money at stake.

Just pay the $25 now, much easier than fighting it.

Servers can’t hold 40k people enjoy your queues

sure they can with 69 layers

Transfers are destructive to server communities and should be reserved only for when a realm is being permanently shut down. In all other cases Realm Connections are the much healthier option.

Left Myzrael before SWP for Atiesh. I started classic in 2019 on Myz. Sad it died the way it did.

They just need to add more layers.

Sure they can.

No queues here. The Ah gets a little funky during peak hours but thats a small price ti pay for being able to play the game

I wish they gave unlimited free transfers like other games. I’d spend a lot of my time on myz and then go to bene when I wanted to PvP.

Wow, sounds like I’d be real myzreable playing on that server…

…yet.

It’s coming.

What makes y’all say this.

There were no queues at 10k or 20k and there are still no queues at 30k.

I believe classic servers can hold 65k players until they require queues.

That is where firemaw in EU landed before it had to be locked and free xfers we’re off.

I’d say Mankrik/Pagle might drop to ~5k each; some people like their server a little quieter. I’ve even seen some old Myz guilds recruiting lately on Mankrik, so they’re sticking out TBC there at least.

But yeah, was very surprised to see Myz drop as hard as it did.

You do release layers has nothing to do w queues. Bene ppl will be crying soon as lich king comes out w there 6 hour queues. Just like firemaw

I was on doing dailies on Friday night prime time (server) for about an hour. There was hardly anyone in Dalaran or even on IQD. Maybe 3 different sets of people trying to put together a group, one of which was 3 people looking for a strat boost. LFG channel was quiet for 10 minutes at a time. Somewhat ironically, we just unlocked the gem vendor. Heroic pug groups are pretty rare.

I regularly see groups looking for a tank in LFG for over an hour, and most of the LFG traffic has nothing to do with its intended purpose, just people bs’ing.

My guild has pulled the plug and most have started going elsewhere, either through transfers or just starting new toons.

There might be a few diehard individuals and guilds sticking it out and still raiding, but for pugs, if Myz isn’t dead, it’s definitely dying. Being the end of TBC is probably a big part of it, but I’m doubtful it will recover all that much in Wrath.

People go to mega server then process to complain about why there are so many people spamming sale, boost in lfg chat or why there is no social interaction and each player become faceless character in a 40k pop server.

Small price to pay for finding groups to do literally anything at 3am.
