All names are available in Classic. However the system that WoW uses is a toon lvl 30 and above that is deleted you keep that name for 30 days. A deleted lvl 1-29 toon name is automatically back into the system for someone else to use. Its not new info. Now if Blizzard decides to keep that same system with classic (don’t know why they wouldnt) it will be the same for classic. 30+ deleted toon name you keep for 30 days. 1-29 deleted toon name, its back in the bag for anyone to pick up.
