In my HolyPriest spec - with loot specialization set to Holy - I completed the weekly 4 mythic dungeons only to receive Spiteful Storm 411 Heroic Trinket - that deals damage. No healing aspect to it at all . RIP
It’s on the loot table for holy 
I’ve gotten some strange items in holy spec in the past too. Mechagon had a tank item on the loot table for the last boss you would never want to equip.
