How the HELL do you finish the Kil’Jaeden fight? I lucked out at the end of February, but I can’t figure out how to make KJ attackable. I tried looking for Illidan Stormrage, I don’t he exists in the fight. This raid is too damn old to struggle on, no one wants to aid others anymore unless it’s for a stupid amount of gold.
This needs to be patched or can anyone explain how to defeat Mythic KJ. The black spheres phase is annoying but with Ghost Wolf giving me +60% movement speed along with enchants, it’s not that hard but annoying as Hell. I’ve tried hunting down the Shadows but that doesn’t do ANYTHING. I’ve killed at least 6 of said Shadows but I never can find any pools of Illdan or himself. The phase never ends unless I jump off an edge.
Lots of videos on how to do it. It’s been a long time since I was farming anything off him so don’t recall well enough to tell you specifically.

I’ve been soloing this raid on Mythic, etc., recently myself. I’ve found that if you get Kil’Jaeden’s health down too low too quickly on (and maybe even before) the shadowed vision phase, Illidan won’t even spawn to help you remove the debuff.
Try this: Once you get him close to 40% (I believe he starts that troublesome phase at that point), let up and wait for Illidan’s help. I’ve learned the hard way that Kil’Jaeden is basically unkillable otherwise (due to the debuff you receive); not even my dots were enough. Maybe he becomes immune to damage during that phase, but to play it safe, if you have the dps for it anyway, you should get the vision-impairment debuff off of you before you try to burst him down.
