Are they not in the game???

I’m not 100% sure, but I think the boots are a BOE drop from trash. I just saw a gold farming video the other day explaining why it’s still lucrative to farm the trash.
I know my monk set from Tomb of Sargeras has a piece like that. My only choice is to farm trash forever or pay 40K gold for a belt on the AH.
Confirmed it’s a trash drop. Auction house or farm and hope to get lucky.

The ones he is talking about are brown. There are no black boots that actually match the set.

It is not. I have mixed and matched bits with the pvp recolor. Sadly, they never made tat particular model available.

They say it’s boe, then someone else says later that it’s not available and only lookalike versions are available. There’s a world drop version and a pvp version in a “different color”.
Pretty sure it was a common thing for pirates to not wear boots.
