When I get to the last phase she just jumps around the other 3 platforms from the one I’m on and I can’t hit her. I look up videos and there seems to be a mechanic that lets people jump platforms, I am not getting that mechanic and I just jump to my death. Any help?

I didn’t personally experience this. Did phase 1 and phase 2 proceed normally for you? Are you doing anything that might drop threat like feigning death to a pet or the like?
On my hunter last night, I actually spent about 5 total minutes in p2 because I followed Thrall instead of Jaina, and Jaina won’t port you to begin p3 if she is still in combat with any of her platforms. Despite this, I got ported to p3 and was able to finish the fight without issue once I got her caught up.
I ended up inviting a friend and when I got to last phase it seemed to be working normally. When I was solo the air effect just wasn’t on the platforms and I couldn’t move between them, happened to me about 4 times until that try with a friend.
I’m guessing you failed to leave the platform before Raze went off?
If Sylvanas does Raze, it disables the jump to next platform function of the platform she did it on. Meaning you need to move to the next platform before she finishes the cast.

That is the exact same thing I posted yesterday, so it sounds like they believe they tried before that and it was broken somehow.
it is broken…that “effect” never showss up for me either and i’m always where it’s supopsed to be in time. so yah it seems broken
I think it might be a problem with dpsing too fast tbh, I haven’t had the issue since but i’ve been trying to go through the chains phase normally instead of just bursting her down whenever she loses the 99% dmg reduction
You have to actually walk off the platform for it to send you over; standing next to the edge isn’t enough.
