Kronodiak on Hyjal. I completed an 18 NW last week in time (29 minutes), easily my best key timed. It shows up on raider io but not in game. When looking at my mythic + score in game it isn’t there, and is also not showing up when i look at the mythic+ dungeon window for my best keys.

Same issue for me. Completed a Tyrannical +13 SD, and it isn’t showing up. It also does show up on Raider io. Imagine a third party system being more reliable than in-game ones…

Did a 12 DOTS on my Demon Hunter and have it listed as 0 rating, the Great Vault says I’ll receive loot for it, and we received our chest at the end with all the items. But no rating at all for the entire party.

Having the same issue and no replies on my support ticket. Any update on the Mythic + system not giving ratings?
Redvixen on Perenolde. I’m having the same issue. Completed an 11 Halls, (not in time) last week, but the mythic+ dungeon window still says my highest not-in-time run for that dungeon is a 7. Am I misunderstanding how this works? I got the vault loot I was supposed to plus the new 10 key I was expecting, just no update on the score window.

Same issue with a 15 NW over time
I think the reason from checking raider i.o for why you weren’t showing the 11 Halls was because if you go over a specific threshold in time, it awards no rating. Sadly according to raider i.o that 11 halls falls in this category. The game seems to count your highest rating as your best dungeon. Example, I do a 15 DoS and get no rating but do a 13 DoS and get 130ish points (made up values btw) So, my in game will show the 13 as my best despite having done a 15…at least thats seems to be how it works. Apologies if you already had this figured out.

Yeah that plaguefall on raider i.o shows 0 score, the 11 you have on i.o is your best run based on rating so same issue as vixen…it does not matter how high the key is, it only matters what the rating you earned for said key that determines your best run showing in game.
