Is it “battlegroup” wide, server wide, entire faction wide? I am looking to find a more populated area for mythic+ progression and am wondering if moving to a more populated server/battlegroup would help

Is this grp still up and active?? I’m asking b/c I’m trying to help some ppl who are having issues trying to even get a M0 grp going, and working from there to get some keys done…any info would be greatly appreciated!!
