The timer for the rookery is 31 minutes. We completed the run in 29:36 with our 30 seconds of deaths.
I’ve received a response from a GM as it’s not our problem.

The Wow Armory Dungeon Screen shows the time we finished it in. However it’s not awarding points as if we timed it. It’s acting like we failed the timer. 304 points is not the correct amount for a timed +11 rookery.
Not sure if raider io is syncing with the armory, i did see other reports in raids as well as bugs. Since it’s technically a third party support can’t help. If it’s the blizzard armory I’d recommend a bug report.
Multiple 11s and 12s have been timed. Keys upgraded to the next key level no score given.
The keys won’t upgrade unless you time the key.
Regardless if you look at the WoW Armory system and look at dungeons it will show the timers of your highest keys done for the season. Which if we take my situation was for a +11 Rookery finished 29:06 (30 seconds of death added to make it that time) so it’s 29:36. The final time for the rookery is 31 minutes. So it’s a very annoying bug for us trying to push IO the first week so we can get into dungeons this up coming reset.
