Reflects previous expansion point breaks

Change gilded crests needed to craft back to 60 like previous expansions, 90 is too much under current plans, gilded caps can’t be hit so we can’t grind them efficiently to level gear for our TANKS, and HEALERS, and dps.

Fixed, don’t ask mythic rating leaders, or streamers on how to fix low content, they don’t understand pugging and/or do low content, reflect previous expansions so hard-working toons, can get back to pugging mythic+

So ask the people that can’t do basic gameplay how to balance gameplay content they can’t do properly. Gotcha. Sounds like a great idea. This is like asking a student getting straight D’s to design a school’s curriculum.

I second this. People who can’t play the game are usually the loudest here. Sad.

Nailed it. The forums are full of people repeating someone else’s complaint. The only one I have heard in the last 3 months that I agree with, was lowering Gilded Crest drops from +10 to a +8.

I agreed with that one because alot of players (including myself until I improved) were going to get bottle necked at 619, and that seemed very counter productive.

The other funny thing about these posts is that there are always the “stop balancing the game around the 1%/ don’t listen to top [insert arbitrary number] players about the game” comments when they don’t realize most RWF raiders and high M+/Title streamers are frustrated with some of the very complaints they make, just doing so with a more methodical mind and some thought as to how it would affect the game.

The Gilded Crest thing is a great example since they advocated for Gilded Crests to drop below 10s. They are still advocating for minor changes to how keys deplete, rewards for low keys, making non-Weakaura-reliant bosses, etc., which are basically many things that less hardcore players complain about.

Some people at the top want keys to forever go +1. Not any gameplay concerns mind you. Else, why would there always be a new complaints at whatever “wall” that is preventing progress?

And some raiders abhor m+ and want to interact with it as little as possible. Should people who genuinely hate the content have a say in what should happen within said content?

Plus content creation means money pandering to the audience.

Yeah, no. M+ most definitely should not be dropping Myth tier gear that is infinitely farmable.

None of this is good, and much of it is based off of not knowing how the game works.

I don’t agree that M+ below 7 should drop hero gear.
If anything 12+ should drop a myth track for the first timed completion per week.
Maybe 10+ for the first timed completion for the week.

Handing out essentially free Myth track gear infinitely would not be good. If you can only do 8s then you need to get better to the point where you can do 10s. Once you can comfortably do 10s then you need to get better to do 12s.
