Why do Affixs need to be handicaps?
Why can’t they be fun to push higher keys. I am just so over this game at this point. The community just rip each other apart it’s so toxic.

Dear OP,
Because the point of M+ is that they are difficult challenges. If you’re not enjoying that challenge, then that content is not for you.
What Blizzard really needs to do is to remove the reward aspect out of that content. Then people who are only running it for the prize at the end will stop tormenting themselves.

The content is just way to hard, it’s caused many of my friends to quit already this expansion. They need to revisit their design philosophy

Is this a self-fulfilling prophecy, or a perspective of the forums?
If it’s to hard then it obviously isn’t for you or your friends. Stick to what you’re able to do. I enjoy the the challenge they bring and I’m a solo player that has to pug.
The content is supposed to be that difficult. That’s the entire point of having it. Just do lower level keys.

Mythic plus should’ve been an expansion feature that retired in Legion.
Just like Island Expeditions in BFA and Torghast in Shadowlands.

It can be difficult with double edged or monkey’s paw affixes as well.

I enjoy the challenge but these mythics have been ridiculously overtuned since the launch.

It could, but these are the affixes that Blizzard decided on and so it is what it is. If people are struggling then they need to drop their keys down to a lower level and work their way up to higher keys.
This is why they need to remove the rewards. They want the pretty prize at the end of the high keys, but they don’t want to the actual content.
I don’t blame the players, because this is what Blizzard bred by adding super high rewards to this content.

That’s a pretty anti-discussion statement. If that’s how you feel, why even enter the thread? This isn’t meant to be snide, I’m genuinely curious.
Because we almost agree with this. I don’t think gear should be removed, but I do think monkey’s paw affixes reward you for progressing, whereas right now you’re just punished for trying to get to good gear, and then for good rating.

And yes if someone is complaining about affixes and is stuck at sub 10 key levels skill is definitely the issue.

Still cant? Do Heroics
Still cant? Do Normals.
There is content for everyone, its literally the same thing.
