ever since i transferred my character Ishamal from Horde Barthilas to Alliance Frostmourme ad renamed it Beelzwarr, wow armoury has it showing that “this character has not completed any mythic keystone dungeons this season”. Before the transfer i had completed EVERY dungeon in a +10 or Higher within the Time Limit which gave my character a Raider IO of 1152. Because the wow Armoury has not updated my characters Mythic Keystone Dungeon progress since the transfer, that Raider IO is now GONE, which make it that much harder for me to get accepted in to groups to do higher keys. FIX IT ASAP!!!~!!
it can take some time for the armory to update after things like transfers. there is no way to force it really. you might try logging in and out of the game and forums, and changing your password. beyond that you can make a post in the website bug reports forum, but the armory is not a guaranteed feature and there isn’t always a prompt fix for things like this.
edit: i should take a step back, and say that I’m not even sure of the intended function of mythic keystone records when you transfer factions. this is assuming it is supposed to track with your new faction.

Same thing happened to me on my main character. Nothing shows up under keystones but my dungeons and raids update
This has been happening to me for months I was told to come here…so here I am next in line for update on mythic+ and armory.
