Key depletions are a major point of contention for everyone and I get why bliz keeps key depletions. I think a good compromise would be to make a key you have not go below 2 keys from where it started. If I have a 12 it won’t ever go below a 10.

must be used before the golden gate is drop or when you put key in the key slot

Not sure. Had my key go from a 10 to an 8 today (RIP), im fine with the depletion

Yeah no. If you fail the key the should drop.
No compromise is needed.
Three chested a 7 killed the 10 before first boss then completed the nine over time then timed the 8 failed the nine then timed the eight. We kinda stuck there . Depletion has to happen because for me failing plus 10’s all the time would suck and I wouldn’t learn/progress the difficulty.

Thats the whole point. With their system they can keep failing over and over until they get a group good enough to carry them to the best gear
