There is a system.
It’s called making (and playing with) friends.
There’s an entire guild system built around people playing together.
Choose the pug life, don’t be shocked when someone quits after the group wipes at the start of a dungeon.

I remember the key depleting in Legion.
In BFA it just gets lowered by a level. How is it possible you are getting your key depleted here?
I only run keys with the guild and friends, I’ve had to many shenanigans in pugs. The best story rolling along in a 12 healer tells the tank about a pull, now i get it the healer shouldn’t be telling the tank how to pull period. They proceed to call each other homophobic slurs tank leaves all with no wipes.
That’s cause you need to time a key to get a score. Simply participating for completion is not good enough. It is also not their key so they are not committed to stay .
To be frank yes I should stick with key-ing with friends than strangers and I know I am aware that by volunteering my key in I risk a chance,
None of my friends does hardcore content nor does my guild hence why I risk it,
Its personally that it annoys me bit much that people just takes off like that,
It sucks
They already have a system, it’s called play with friends.
What level keys are you talking about? I do have an ally alt that is 465. Heck, I’ll run with you and not deplete the key lol.

It’s almost like people leaving from your voluntary group based on your decision to invite them is just a risk and consequence of the decision.

Did you not read my previous post? But, the answer is yes.
People leaving keys like that absolutely does suck and I’m sorry that happened.
Not diminishing your experience at all. I highly recommend that if you want to do end-game stuff you get a solid group of btag friends or join a community or find another guild. Pugs are going to color your experience in a more negative light than running with friends.
