Mythic+ Key From Tier 11 Delve - That's An Ill Omen

Making definitive statements like this is dangerous and shows a bit of ignorance.

Because it’s factually untrue. They very much COULD balance the systems. And quite easily, but it would make a lot of people mad.

But it’s simple:
Tanks get taunts defensives and cleaves. The same package regardless of class, but the spells called something flavor specific
Healers get shields, HoTs and burst heals with CC
Ranged DPS get instant cast filler with cast timed CD’s, small defensive, small heal, CC
Melee DPS gets cleave, DoTs, Big Heal, Small Defensive

But then everyone plays the same and class homogenization has peaked.

But, it’s a factually possible outcome making your definitive statement definably untrue

Ill omen? Doing a hc or +2 is almost the same thing. It is free 15 gilded crests.
Heck +2 dungeon is easier than a delve11.
They are throwing free things at you, and you are complaining about that?
You are the reason why we cannot have good things.

That is my point, lol, we are almost there for class design.

They slowly have been giving every spec the tools they need to cut it in M+.

You want me to see your point but refuse to see anyone else’s? Even if I saw your point I would never admit it because of your obvious ignorance.

You said it’s impossible. A definably definitive statement. I proved it possible, unlikely but possible

Yes, ill omen.

It’s a sign that Blizzard believes that Delves belong beneath M+. That we are supposed to eventually graduate from Delves and move on to M+.

So they won’t work towards making Delves equal to M+.

That’s disheartening, to say the least. This whole situation completely killed my drive to play WoW.

I’ve never seen a person so out of touch with reality. Do you watch Asmon by chance?

No no no. You can’t balance solo content in a way that 39 specs would even be capable of completing if you scaled T11 delves up proportionally to the difference between +7 and +10 keys. You’re still not responding directly to what I’m saying, at all.

I am an MMO player and I have fun in M+ while I don’t really have fun in delves. I also treat M+ pretty casually and am pretty chill about it. Deal with that.

As for the rest of your comment, don’t care and didn’t ask.

Delves are beneath m+
Get that fact sink in your head, and keep doing what you are enjoying.
It is free 15 gilded crests, it is awesome for alts and such. You don’t like it, then don’t do it. simple.

I hear this and it is a genuine concern. I would like to suggest that maybe that’s not the case.

When you clear all the delve levels, you’ve defeated the content (effectively). What if, instead of saying mythic+ is superior, it’s more a suggestion to try something new since you’ve accomplished the clear?

Delves by themselves are quite challenging. It’s a suggestion and won’t prevent you from continuing to run delves. I would consider both equally challenging, personally, just in different ways.

m+ is more popular then ever lol

i’m not sure if she’s a really devoted gimmick poster or just so devoted to hating m+ that nothing else matters. ultimately it doesn’t matter, i guess. :dracthyr_shrug:

And? That’s every new game in particular a genre you’ve never played. I bet I could sit a Mythic Raider down with Civilization and if they’re never played a 4X game they’d fail horribly.

Part of the fun is learning and getting better. Then they can be like the rest of us OG’s and talk about how bad they were when they started playing WOW.

Willfully pretending harder content doesn’t exist seems like a mental disorder.

That’s the thing…

If you keep the more difficult content in mind then you unconsciously (at minimum) hope to participate one day. It’s a goal whether you state it or not.

But, that’s not everyone’s goal. But even that’s not your goal you still know it’s there, you just don’t think about it because your mind is focused on other things. Idk, maybe you like farming, flying around listening to music ignoring the real day you just had? Maybe you spend too much time around people but still wanna kill stuff so you quest or delve? Maybe you’re hardcore into RP and do whatever they do… Questing? I’m not sure about them

Claiming it’s a mental disorder to ignore that content is unfair though. There are seemingly tons of reasons someone wouldn’t care about mythic raiding or key pushing

Maybe people should start actually vetting their groups then. :dracthyr_shrug:

Because they gave people an intro quest to the second ladder rung in gearing? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

It doesn’t suggest that. At all.

“Hey do you want to try PvP?”
“PvE is lesser than PvP!!!111!”

When did I say anything about willfully pretending it doesn’t exist? Offer it to them when they’re ready.

Nothing stops them from being able to do the content at any time, it’s a matter of not shoving it into their face with boosting channels blasting the moment they log in.

You’re jumping to all kinds of weird conclusions here that don’t make sense. I have no desire to control or force anyone; I want them to be free from pressure by other players to do things they’re not ready to do. Right now, the game is a scary dog pile that drops on top of your head all at once. It’s not necessary.

Something as simple as leveling channels or communities where players of similar skill level can connect would go a long way to help this. We used to all level through the same places, but that’s not the case anymore. The only way to really get connection in a dead zone is with global connection.

Will people talk in it? Maybe not, honestly. The risk of being reported for something silly is high. However, it’s less likely they’ll be maliciously reported for something silly if they’re connecting with other players their level.

The game needs to help people find commonality and a sense of an inclusive social community. Shoving everyone into a massive pile to “get along” doesn’t work, and the way it’s done now just keeps people stressed and unwilling to talk.

Having global connections is cool and all, but people need room to breathe. They need a chance to be different in their own ways and be accepted for where they are. Putting someone that’s on their first time level 10 in the same channel with a 30x r1 PvP player is silly.

I believe this is the statement they are referring to. This seems to indicate you believe that people ignoring the content would make their lives better

And making this kind of definitive statement will influence a lot of people to look at something a certain way before they even have a chance to interact with it

Why is it is a bad thing…?

I don’t really get why people wanna be locked into one type of content. Should just do what appeals to you.

They gave people a taste again of how things could be and then they realized wait why am I doing this other things called M+? This is why I advocate for change in the game so change can happen that may be good for the health of the game.

Dude there’s a big difference between ignoring content you don’t want to do and pretending it doesn’t exist so you’re happier.
