I don’t know what to do anymore about the state of this game. i have 3 Dungeons Crash after some looted 2 Time walking and 1 Mythic Plus, me and 3 others Crashed and did not get to loot the box nor did we get the Valorstones or the Gilded Crests and from the looks of it the other 2 did not get loot so from what i can tell No one in that run got loot valorstones or Crests. this have been happening all day from what i have been reading and people in my guild going through the same thing. This needs to be looked into and Fixed because i have not seen the this poorly maintained the last 3 Xpacks and Been very Poor. and i have been playing since BC and never taken a Break from this game i love but i have set my Sub to Monthly because if the game keeps going down hill the way it is i will Unsub and it will not be resubed ever i know im not the only person that feels this way.

Same thing has happened to me after two dungeons. I haven’t gotten loot from a +8 and +10…

Adding to this post to say I am experiencing the same thing. Soft-locked two of my alts as I was not aware that there was a glitch.
