Mythic + Idea

I want to preface this by saying I don’t run Mythic + much because I hate timed content. I do see players having issues with others in Mythic + and kind of thought of an idea I’d like to bounce off you guys…tell me if it’s bad:

What if Blizzard created a way you could right click on some ones name/portrait and then you could view their Mythic + “board”. Some type of UI could pop up and show how many times that person was kicked from a group and what their Mythic + score is.

I’d also add onto that a system that allowed you to vote on people at the end of a dungeon, and if you thought they did a good job. Those votes could be shown on the Board UI.

It would be nice to create a system that would encourage others to be “nice”. Maybe if you get enough positive votes by running Mythic + dungeons you earn rewards. Maybe that could even lean towards you could choose to be a “leader” and coach others in Mythic +'s for even more rewards.

Just some thoughts.

Then you probably shouldn’t comment on content you don’t do.

It’s called raider io and it already exists.

I’ll comment about it if I’d like. Nothing wrong with sharing ideas, you never know when you’ll come across a good one or it could lead to a good one.

Raider IO has voting options? You can earn rewards with it?

You don’t, because you don’t engage with the content to see what is happening.

This is genuinely useless information.

Exists.

There’s a reason people don’t care about commendations in overwatch: You quote literally just dump them onto the options and move on, they aren’t at all useful.

Making it encouraged to cheese it for rewards is dumb as well.

It has useful information, not voting on your premade group to get rewards.

If you want to embarrass yourself and look completely clueless then knock yourself out.

People who don’t do the content they have ideas about never have good ideas.

Mplus is already rewarding.

Any voting system would be exploited.

Oh, I always thought commendations in Overwatch was really cool. I enjoy voting on players at the end of a match.

How would you cheese the rewards in my (poor) example?

Run low keys or tell players to vote you, or not get voted themselves. It’s genuinely adding nothing to the game, and I would have 0 reason to vote on anybody but my friends.

Me you Kiyoko and two of my friends run a key.

We all vote you had a terrible performance and did bad.

Whether it’s true or not

I don’t know how you could exploit a voting system if you’re running with strangers, but I guess anything is possible. I thought incentivizing more positive game play would be a good thing.

Let’s not have the “honor” system in WOW.

In League, I, honorable player, can play to intentionally lose in many ways.

Why would you ever kick someone from a Mythic+ group? The group lead wanted to 4 man instead?

The community is worse than I thought. My gosh…

Its very, VERY easily done and possible. In my L4D2 days, there were those types of people who would kick just for the lulz.

And that’s why the game barely has any players.

What a bummer.

This is why we can’t have nice things. :dracthyr_cry:

I stopped reading here…

It’s bad. Your idea is bad.

You’ll never know.

I’m 100% sure I know.

WoW players are extraordinarily cynical and a lot of people assume other people will be the worst with any system.

It’s…partially or likely true. WoW didn’t do a good job fostering positive interactions with players over its lifespan versus a game like FF14 that doesn’t bum rush through dungeons when new players are with them and do things like let them watch cut scenes and so forth.

What if a player could mouse over listed groups in the group finder to see information on the group leader and party members that are already in the group?
