Something like a party wide ilevel cap. Bonus score, rewards, challenge, etc. Alt friendly and possibly more inclusive. Any takers?
Sounds like fun, buuuuuut it will be the opposite of more inclusive. More challenges/handicaps and ilvl caps will mean less room for poor performers.
The tournament realm has a normalized ilvl. So, technically, yes with an asterisk.
