can i use followers npc invite me to mythic keys dungeon ? can i use them to get higher key if i do not need to looking for group i just need assist from captain garrick npc can she invite me or send them to the mythic portal ?
Follower NPCs are for the Follower Dungeons only, which are the equivalent of Normal dungeons.

sadly i was thinking they can assist me to the mythic key they are only for normal and heroic is im right ?

It’s totally separate and has its own version
- Follower dungeons 60-70 (has followers)
- Normal dungeons (no followers)
- Heroic dungeons (no followers)
- Mythic dungeons (no followers)
- Mythic + dungeons (no followers)
Maybe in the future they will expand it.

Much Obliged all for let me know this i was wonder to play with these followers to mythic + i hope they make it i always when i play with random people i like play solo when every time i use to play solo

Why? M+ gives Mythic raid equivalent rewards. Should I be able to walk in a M+ dungeon and have the followers do all the work for me and walk out with top tier loot? If so then I should also be able to have follower Mythic raids where I walk in with 19 bots to get top tier loot as well.

how u know i have 10 alt ??
No you cant afk in follower dungeons lol , but like when i try to sign up for keys i get no invs having appropriate io and gear, i only get invs when im 20 ilvls over the content im singing up, so im forced to make my own group, my pally on the other hand gets invs even at low ilvls
i always play solo i done many full campaign i just done the pandaria remix it was very nice story line , but i like play dungeon i use always followers they doing so well with me to get flawless dungeon and my brother playing some pvp its very hard to me pvp 
As DPS, it’s always been best to post your own key and slowly build up a friends list.
Yea i had some friends from last season , 2 tanks both over 2k io, they quit after getting KSM never came back lol

Yeah, I feel ya. Back in SL I created a M+ community that slowly grew to over 300 players. I took breaks towards the end of season 3 and 4 and the community members also died out.
