Mythic + dungeon portal bug

Im not sure if anyone else has this problem but i cant find any info on it. From what ive been told the mythic + dungeon portals are account wide but i have some characters that have some, i have some with 0 even if they are above 70, and i have some characters with all of the ones i earned.

I even logged into my panda remix character and it has the portals. Im not sure whats going on but i put in a ticket and they blew me off and give me a link to support that gives me page not found so they are useless to me.

Anyone have any ideas on whats going on?

This makes no sense? What are you talking about, can you please explain what you mean by ‘Mythic + dungeon portals being account wide’.

If you timed a mythic+ 20 before the revamp or now a +10 and completed it in time you would get a portal that will teleport you to that dungeon. Those portals are supposed to be account wide now in your spell book.

They havent been account bound in the past they have always been specific to the toon that timed the key.

Yes they changed that in TWW.

Mine are also not account wide. Can we get some clarification on this?

I’m experiencing the same. Some of my MOP remix characters have the portals and some don’t.

Similar issue here. I can’t get my portals to show up on any of my alts. Can’t seem to find much info on this tho.

This is not a technical support issue (ie hardware, software, internet connection issues) so if you want this to get looked into properly you should make a bug report in game or post in the bug report forum.

Will do. I mainly wanted to make sure I understood it correctly as well. Nothing I have to do, right? I have MOP portals, not M+ portals, but from everything ive been able to find they should show up on any character I have, regardless of level, correct?

The DF M+ portals don’t show up on my 1 boosted character. They seem to show up on every other normally-leveled character.
